We're delighted you'd like to join us on a Skills Course!

You can now book your place for Summer Skills in Hemel Hempstead, Godalming, Kingston and Edinburgh by downloading the forms below and posting them to: YMT, Skills Courses, 47 Surrey Lane, London, SW11 3PN. We will also be introducing the facility to book Skills Courses online in the near future. We'd love to be able to run our Skills Courses without charging a fee - but we obviously have to pay for the venues, staffing, and everything else that makes the courses possible. We’ve tried to keep the cost as low as we can – in 2012 the cost for the week is:

- Summer Skills will be £495 (or £480 if you pay in full, in advance).

We believe the quality of the courses is really worth the money. We're proud that our artistic and pastoral staff are some of the best around.

Payments can be made in installments, and we offer a full money-back guarantee if you complete a course and feel it was not worth it.

What’s more, we send you a rather brilliant fundraising manual, which explains how you can start to raise your own course fee. In 2010, about half the young people involved had raised part or all of their course fee from sources outside their own family, doing everything from sponsored swims to talent shows!

We’ll provide loads of ideas and updates between now and your time on a Skills Course via our e-mail newsletter, The Lowdown.

If you're worried about paying for the course, give us a call and we'd be more than happy to give advice about how people have raised their course fees in previous years. As an educational charity, we want to ensure that all young people, regardless of financial background, have the opportunity to take part.

Skills Courses always fill up very quickly - so make sure you reserve a place at your chosen venue to avoid disappointment.
