Pastoral staff

We have a strong team of pastoral staff whose job it is to ensure the safety and care of all the young people on our projects, including those over the age of 18.  Each project has a Pastoral Care Leader and a number of pastoral care staff.

Every pastoral staff member receives an enhanced check through the Criminal Records Bureau and provides two references in addition to an interview.
